Employer Advertising Terms

Effective date: 16 October 2026

Business orders. These terms apply to recruitment advertising purchased for business purposes from The De Beauvoir Deli Co LTD (registered as The De Beauvoir Deli Co. Limited), trading as Fine Food Retail Jobs, company 06911841, 98 Southgate Road, London, N1 3JD. Contact hello@finefoodretailjobs.com. Employer account holders and purchasers must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business named. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

What you buy. Your order confirmation identifies the package, price, applicable VAT, listing period and included promotion. Packages are one-off purchases, not recurring subscriptions. The configured products each provide one vacancy credit, with unused credit valid for 365 days. Current listing periods are Basic 30 days, Standard 45 days, Featured 45 days and Premium 60 days. Featured includes highlighting; Premium includes highlighting and pinning. Neither benefit means an exclusive position or a guaranteed number of views. No package includes general CV-database access. Social posts are included only if expressly stated in the approved offer at purchase.

Package Price excluding VAT Listing period Job placement Basic £59 30 days Standard Standard £95 45 days Standard Featured £195 45 days Highlighted Premium £295 60 days Highlighted and pinned

These prices exclude VAT. Applicable VAT is added at checkout. Each package is a one-off purchase with one posting credit and a 365-day unused-credit expiry. The package price, applicable VAT and total are shown before payment. Social promotion is not included unless expressly confirmed in the approved offer.

Order and moderation. Read the package details, total, advertising terms and Refund and Cancellation Policy before ordering. Payment confirmation is not approval or publication of a vacancy. A saved draft is not a submitted vacancy. Submissions remain subject to manual approval for relevance and compliance, and we may request clarification. The service is for UK fine food retail and related specialist roles, including junior roles with meaningful product training. Generic unrelated vacancies are outside scope. If a vacancy is refused, contact us about a compliant correction or replacement and any applicable remedy; refusal does not itself establish that a refund has been processed. A payment receipt and vacancy approval serve different purposes.

Advertising period. The purchased listing period is the period of public advertising, subject to the stated package and confirmed order details. Check the actual publication and expiry dates in the vacancy record and contact us if they do not match your order. The 365-day unused-credit validity is separate from the 30-, 45- or 60-day listing period. Each package provides one posting credit, not unlimited postings or a recurring subscription. Early closure does not automatically create a new credit or extend the expiry date. Renewal, reposting, transfer or a replacement entitlement must be separately confirmed; no automatic entitlement is promised.

Your responsibilities. Supply accurate title, salary or salary range, pay basis, location, hours, contract type, responsibilities, requirements, application route and closing details. You are responsible for lawful, non-discriminatory recruitment, pay and employment conditions, eligibility checks and your application-data privacy notice. Do not disguise unpaid work as paid employment, charge candidates to apply, make misleading earnings claims or include unlawful restrictions. Tell us promptly when a role closes or materially changes.

Branding and promotion. You confirm permission to use the text, logos and images you supply and authorise us to display and format them for the purchased advertising. Highlighting and pinning describe on-board placement; neither proves that a social-media post is included. No LinkedIn or Instagram allowance, delivery deadline or guaranteed exposure is included unless expressly approved and set out in the customer-facing offer accepted for that order. Where promotion is separately agreed, it may identify your business and link to your public vacancy using authorised branding; candidate information is excluded. We do not guarantee reach, applications or a successful hire. Report an undelivered purchased benefit under the Refund and Cancellation Policy. A network failure does not by itself remove any legal obligation to provide a remedy.

Applicant information. Use applications only for legitimate recruitment purposes and lawful related record keeping. Restrict access, secure downloaded copies and respond to candidate requests for your copy. Do not add applicants to marketing lists, sell information or use it for unrelated roles without an appropriate basis and transparent notice. We do not warrant applicants’ statements or make hiring decisions for you.

Changes, withdrawal and suspension. We may ask for corrections or suspend a listing proportionately for misleading content, a material breach, suspected fraud or a legal obligation. We will normally explain our action and allow a response, unless urgent protection is necessary. Closing a role early does not itself mean we failed to supply the advertising. Tell us to stop outstanding promotion; we cannot guarantee removal of third-party shares already made.

Responsibility and disputes. We will exercise reasonable care and skill in delivering the agreed advertising. The remedy policy addresses delivery failures. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. English law and the courts of England and Wales apply to business orders, subject to mandatory law. Send complaints with the order and vacancy reference to hello@finefoodretailjobs.com; do not send card details.
